12Cuci Deposit and Withdrawal Guide

- Online banking – transfer from your Malaysian bank account.
- E-wallet – Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and ShopeePay.
- DuitNow QR – scan the QR code with any banking or e-wallet app.
- Telco reload PIN – pay with a prepaid reload PIN.
How to make a 12Cuci deposit
- Log in to your account. If you do not have one yet, follow the register guide first.
- Tap Deposit.
- Choose a payment method.
- Enter the amount. The minimum is RM1.
- Follow the payment instructions shown on screen and complete the payment in your banking or e-wallet app.
- Go back to your account and refresh the balance to see the deposit.
How to withdraw from 12Cuci
- Log in and tap Withdraw.
- Enter the amount. The minimum withdrawal is RM25.
- Check that the bank account details are correct and confirm.
If you claimed a bonus, its rollover requirement has to be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Deposit not showing in your wallet?
- Refresh your balance.
- Check your banking or e-wallet app to confirm the payment went through.
