12Cuci Login: How to Sign In and Fix Login Problems
Your 12Cuci login is simply the mobile number and password you registered with. This post shows how to sign in on the website and the app, and what to do when the 12Cuci login does not work.
How to log in to 12Cuci
- Tap Login on the home page.
- Enter your mobile number without spaces or dashes, for example 0123456789.
- Enter your password and tap Login.
After you log in, your balance appears at the top of the page together with the Deposit, Withdraw and Refresh buttons.
12Cuci login on the app
The 12Cuci app uses the same account as the website. Open the app and enter the same mobile number and password. You do not need to register again. If you have not installed it yet, follow the 12Cuci app download guide.
12Cuci login problems and fixes
- "Wrong password." Passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off, or tap the eye icon to see what you typed.
- "Account not found." Make sure you are using the same mobile number you registered with, starting with 0 and with no spaces.
- Forgot your password. Contact customer service through Live Chat to reset it. Have your registered mobile number ready.
- The page will not load. Refresh the page, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or try another browser such as Chrome or Safari.
- No account yet. You need to register first. See what you need to register.
Keep your 12Cuci login safe
- Never share your password, even with someone who says they are an agent or customer service. Real staff will never ask for it.
- Use a password you do not use on other sites.
- Log out when you use a shared phone or computer.
